It was everything I expected and more. The process was really fast and I got a picture to confirm before the painting was shipped. I picked a rolled canvas and made a timber frame to staple it to myself and it is beautiful. Highly recommend! Excuse me the mess on my photo, we're still in the middle of remodelling the place.
Responsive to inquiries. Painting is very nice; though not exactly as pictured, they do send a picture of your painting and ask if you'd like to have it changed in any way. For me, they changed the tone on the bottom of the painting to better match my furniture, and I am content with the finished product. They got back to me quickly on how to hang, since there are no instructions included. They do include hanging supplies with your painting.
